Exhibition meeting service ?With this service visitors can book appointments with exhibitors. Exhibitors can be permitted to invite a specified number of visitors to meet them on their stand. If you have a “meeting zone” for visitors to your exhibition, then you can use our service to enable participating visitors to arrange meetings with each other there. |

Badging ?If you have your own badging software, simply export your registrant data to an Excel file through our web-based administrative interface. Alternatively, use our online facility to print registrant badges either singly or in batches. Your badges may contain your logo, a barcode and even a registrant’s photo. |

Dynamic floor plans ?Our dynamic floor plans put you well and truly in the driving seat. Through a web-based Flash component, you may split, merge, add and remove stands at will, right up to the day of your event. Your exhibitors can select their stands online. Online networking with mailbox ?Members can filter the membership list to find others with specific interests, or they can just search for members by name. They can send out messages through the system without the email address of the other party being revealed. When members log on, they can see copies of messages sent and received in their personal mailbox. The service can also be configured so that members can broadcast a single message to multiple recipients. |

One-click sign on to events ?If the community site is run by a membership organisation that runs events, members can sign up to an event at the click of a mouse. |
